Why contract?
When you went live with BS&A, your project team likely performed a business process review with you and your team, identified the areas and features of the program that they recommended implementing, and you made some decisions on how you wanted to proceed.
During these initial implementations, many communities choose to migrate over existing processes, and adding a few new features into their workflow. There is often-times an initial hesitancy to take on too many changes at once.

This can result in a system that is underutilized. Common areas you may not be taking full advantage of could include Online Self-Service, Project Tracking, Planning and Zoning Applications, Workflow Automation, Reports, Review Tracking, Inspection and Review Checklists, Owner and Address Imports, etc.

Even if you implemented many or all of these areas, BS&A is constantly adding functionality into the system and it may be time to revisit those areas to expand your use of the software to ensure you are getting the most out of it.

We can provide both on-site and remote configuration services. We start by performing an initial discovery and business process review where we review and document current-state processes, then discuss future-state recommendations. You will then review our recommendations and choose which of them to implement. We will then work with you and your team to make the required configuration changes in the BS&A Software. Once completed, we can even train your staff on the changes, as necessary.

These types of projects can be as short as one or two days, or as long as a month or more, depending on how many areas you choose to modernize. We work with both .Net and Cloud, and changes made to .Net are converted to Cloud when you decide to upgrade so you can feel confident knowing that any investment made in .Net will carry forward.
